Stitch Count ---The amount of stitches it takes to create your logo in the thread format.
Digitizing --- Digitizing is how you turn artwork into stitches. Digitizers are artists who know exactly what stitch type goes where, to make sure the embroidery looks as realistic as possible.

Embroidery and digitizing is free for logos under 11,000 stitches for 6 items or more. The price chart for stitch counts is below and is based on purchases of 6 or more items. Once we see your logo, we can judge whether or not it will surpass 11,000 stitches. Once the garments are purchased, we will digitize your logo and give you the exact stitch count. If you'd like to keep your logo below 11,000 stitches, we will work with you to do so. Additional Embroidery Locations For additional embroidery in a different location, (such as names, text or logos), the charge is $5.00 per item.
Embroidery Fields
Smaller text and thin lines dont come off well on pique fabric. If we feel the design doesnt look quite right when we run the proof, well contact you and present you with options on how to make it look great.
Your items are produced on top of the line, high tech, digital embroidery machines to ensure precision and professionalism. Rest assured were always keeping an eye on market technology and updating our equipment so we dont lag behind the times.
Logo Edits
Your logo can be emailed in any format (preferably a jpg) You can also provide us with a url to your website or even fax us the logo if necessary.
Please be assured we will do everything we can to keep the logo under 11,000 stitches unless its not possible based on your specifications.
Payment must be submitted prior to logo creation. We will work with you until you are 100% satisfied with the logo!
Shipping U.S. Simple logos of up to 11,000 stitches and one embroidery location take 8 to 10 business days. More Complex logos beyond 11,000 stitches and one location takes up to 14 business days. Logos in multiple locations take up to 20 business days. There's a lot that goes into embroidery and we don't want to rush your order if we don't have to. We need the time to make your logo look FANTASTIC!
There is a standard shipping rate of $11.99 for orders of 35 pieces and under. Orders of 36 pieces or more qualify for FREE SHIPPING!
International We ship anywhere in the world. Please call us for shipping prices for your region.
Shipping Address Please provide us with a proper shipping address at the time of payment. We want to get your items out to you as soon as possible and will ship to the address associated with either your paypal account, or credit card unless instructed to do otherwise.
Rush Orders If you're using a logo already on file, the rush order fee is $30. For new logos, it's $45. Express Shipping charges may apply. Rush orders will be shipped within 5 business days. If the garments ordered are not in stock, you will be notified asap.
Delayed Shipping We want you to be able to put your new embroidered products to use as soon as possible. So, know that we are doing all we can to get your package shipped out in time. After it leaves our facility, certain situations that delay the delivery of your package may occur. We cannot be held responsible for the delay once your package leaves our hands. If there is a delay at our facility, you will be notified immediately Once items have been embroidered they cannot be returned or exchanged except for defects in the workmanship. Out of Stock Items If an item youve ordered is out of stock, we will notify you ASAP and present you with a number of options. We have a plethora of similar styles in our inventory so finding replacements is a cinch! We will always work with you to ensure your satisfaction. Cant find a specific item or style on our website? We are constantly updating our inventory with new items and the latest styles. In fact, we offer such a wide variety of items we often have trouble posting them all on the website. We reserve the right to display on our website any logo or design that we digitize or embroider as an example of the quality of our work Any changes to style, colors, or sizes of garments must be made within 24 hours from the time payment is submitted. Please know we are going to turn the image or logo you send to us into stitches and do our best to recreate exactly what you send to us. If there is anything you do not want in the logo (borders, outlines, text, etc.) or anything you would like changes, you must tell us prior to digitizing. Major editing to images we have already digitized may be subject to additional editing or logo creation fees. Understand we are very fair and will do everything to ensure your satisfaction and keep costs as low as possible. We will discuss everything with you regarding pricing before the work is done and work with you too keep costs within your budget.
